An Open Letter to ALL Boys

*This is not meant to offend ANYBODY. This is just a JOKE. If you are a guy reading my blog PLEASE do NOT get offended* and considering boys have not confessed that they read my blog, I posted this.

Dear wierd creepy stalker nerdy boys,

I am sorry that I may ignore you, but I have a some reasons.

  1. You are too smart to be having a conversation with someone, much less a girl.
  2. You are too tall for someone to even have a conversation with you, much less a girl.
  3. You follow girls around so much that the only place they can go is the women's bathroom. That is sad!
  4. You stare at them so much they actually have to hide behind their notebooks.
  5. You are so observant that you ask several times where the girl is while your in class. (Go to #3 if you didn't get it the first time, please!)
  So, please just stop it!

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter!

*sigh*
*Highschool*

Girls, please tell me you have or have had this problem?!

Btw, just some boys are like this! No offense!

I have never had that problem before. I love talking to the guys i follow them :D jk not really. I love it when guys want to be with me, i guess it makes me feel accepted. I know they shouldnt fulfil that need, God should. But for someone reason they do. I'm working on it...

LOL - I was just thinking about writing a similar post about "adult" boys this morning! So no, the problem never goes away. :)

Katie - I am kinda like you except I only hang around guys I know well enough.

Rachel - Well, if you do write a post, point them to my post for those teenage readers of yours.
I was hoping it would stop when I "grew up"!

Giann, I believe that this is rude and offensive. (for instance: the name calling in the opening of the letter and the overall subject and content of the post) It would tear down the young men in our lives rather than uplift. You might consider writing a part 2 telling of ways that we as young women can encourage young men, for we do have negative and positive influences over them. Some of the reasons that you criticized the young men are direct reactions to the ways that young ladies have treated them. They know no other way. The way that young ladies are now acting has molded their mind in wrong ways. We must be beams of inspiration and hope, not ones who create burden for the present and future lives of young men.
Please take time to consider this and make sure that all that you post is worthy of the Gospel of Christ. I am praying for you even though we have never even met before.

Beth -

This post was meant as a joke. As far as I know, no boys read my blog. If they do, they know the guy I am talking about.
I still have this problem with one guy. My parents know and my brother.
I guess I was just freaked out by this guy and still am. He doesn't know how to treat a girl and he doesn't pick up social cues either. Its hard for me right now to accept him. But, by God's strength I will overcome this soon.
Thank you for your comment! They are always appreciated!
Btw, how did you find my blog?

Thanks, Giann, for informing me about your true reason for the post. I really don't know what to say about it. If this young man's presence and way of communicating with you has become almost unbearable to you, maybe you could ask your parents to discuss the matter with his parents. Just and idea... Hmmm, I really don't remember how I stumbled upon your blog. My weekly time on the internet is limited and I like to use it wisely to read things that will benefit me. As far as I seen, you are doing a great job telling the "bloggy world" of your faith in Christ and you have clearly shown me where the Lord's been leading you over the past few months. “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us…” Hebrews 12:1
Remember this verse in the upcoming days and keep your eyes focused on Him, Giann. Never forget all that He has done for you.
