That is what I have been feeling lately. It seems as though who I thought were friends were not my friends or as close as I thought they were. I don't think they mean intentional harm but it hurts. They probably don't realize it either.
Orphans. I bet they feel left out.
abandoned.
rejected.
confused.
sad.
lonely.
hurting.
thinking nobody cares about them.
They have NO family whatsoever. Then, why am I complaining about being left out. I have a family that cares enough about me not to abandon, reject, or leave me out on the streets to die. Why? Why do we complain about the petty things in life when their are......Orphans...?
I know we all have are little moments. But are little moments should decrease when we think about everything else, including......Orphans.
That is why I want to introduce y'all to HopeSuds.com. Where their motto is "Do Laundry. Save Orphans." Mrs. Lora, over @ Vitafam, is adopting one or two little ones from Uganda. In order to do that, they are raising money by making Homemade Laundry Soap! I bought some via a friend the other day.
So far, I LOVE HopeSuds!! I have used them multiple times and they work!! So, go on over and buy some! They will make a GREAT Mother's Day gift!! I promise! :)

You are right, honey....this family will never leave you or reject you...or abandon you.... we might frustrate you or irritate you but we will always love you! You are an awesome young lady. Keep your heart focused on the Lord...He will never fail you.....much love, mom
Your Mom once said to me that sometimes our "Chosen Family" (those we chose, that are like family to us) are often better than some of our actual family. I so agree. You count as one of my "chosen family" - all of you!
We love you Giann, and it's a blessing to watch you growing in the Lord.

Thanks for the plug, friend. Love!
I'm sorry you are feeling left out, my friend. I often feel similarly. But God is so good. He is always here to sustain us and the orphans.
What a neat business. I love the catchy phrase! I believe I met the owner at a homeschool deal a several years ago- very sweet.
Have a blessed day.
